Funny though, I really thought I would be able to eat it easily. For heaven's sake, I made it and know exactly what is in it. But...the color. Oh, the color. It messes with the mind. I tried to mix it in some yogurt this morning. It was really hard to eat it. Maybe if I close my eyes...all that came to mind was green beans. Yuck.
On that note, any more guesses???
Okay my second guess is Apple Butter! I'm sure it's more creative than that, but that's all I've got. LOL
